Delivery Rules (Shipping Policy)

At FridgeEuroShop, we are committed to providing clear, transparent, and reliable delivery services for all our customers across Spain, the European Union, and eligible international destinations.

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and complies with applicable European Union and Spanish consumer protection laws, particularly:

1. Payment Verification and Order Processing

All orders are subject to payment verification before processing.
Please note:

• Orders are not processed immediately upon placement.
• We start preparing the order only after payment confirmation has been received and credited to our bank account.
• This process generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on your payment method and the banking network.

This step is essential for ensuring transaction security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance in line with EU consumer law.

2. Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during standard working hours, excluding Spanish public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A confirmation email with your invoice.
• A tracking number and direct link to the courier’s tracking page for real-time delivery updates.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order or payment confirmation.

Please note that delays may occur due to:

• Customs inspections or additional import duties.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport network disruptions.
• Seasonal peaks (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, summer promotions).

4. Shipping Restrictions

In compliance with EU trade regulations, we do not ship refrigerators to:

• Countries under international sanctions or trade restrictions.
• Locations where import laws prohibit the sale of refrigeration appliances.

5. Handling and Delivery Conditions

• All refrigerators are professionally packaged to minimize the risk of transport damage.
• Upon delivery, customers must inspect the appliance before signing the courier’s delivery confirmation.
• Any visible damage to the packaging or the product must be reported immediately to both the courier and FridgeEuroShop within 24 hours of receipt.
• Delivery includes curbside or building entrance delivery unless otherwise specified in the shipping options. Installation and unboxing services are not included unless booked separately.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, unforeseen events may cause delays, such as:

• Customs clearance delays in non-EU destinations.
• Global supply chain disruptions (e.g., port congestion, fuel shortages, pandemic-related restrictions).
• Local delivery restrictions in certain regions.

We will keep you informed of any significant delay and work with logistics partners to minimize disruptions.
